Important notification: FormsCentral will be retired on 28 July 2015.
Dear Adobe customer ,
Over time, we sometimes discover there is no longer a high demand for certain products and services. This is the case with the Adobe FormsCentral service, which will be retired this July.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we will continue to provide the FormsCentral service during the coming months as you transition to a new solution. Review the information below and read the FormsCentral FAQs for complete information.
Important dates
You can continue to create PDF forms and collect data through the FormsCentral service until 22 June 2015, with no loss of functionality. After that, the following will occur:
  • 23 June 2015: You will no longer be able to create new forms or collect new data, but you will be able to download data from existing forms.
  • 28 July 2015: The service will be fully retired.
Next steps
We encourage you to start making transition plans now.
  • If you are using FormsCentral to collect data through web forms, there are third-party solutions that might meet your needs, including: Formstack, JotForm, SurveyMonkey and WuFoo.
  • See the FormsCentral FAQs for additional information.
Thank you for being an Adobe customer. We appreciate your business and want to make this transition as easy as possible.
